CREATIVE MOVEMENT & PRE-BALLET

Classes are a fun and energetic dance introduction for children ages 3 – 6

Class placement is by age on 1st day of class

Creative Movement

For Ages 3-4, 45 minutes once a week

The focus for Creative Movement is finding joy in moving. We will explore different movements and musicality to enhance the natural development of each child’s locomotor skills and strength. We will use children’s literature, games, props, and imaginative ideas for total body movements and mind engagements.

Tuesdays: 4:30-5:15pm

Saturdays: 9:15-10:00am

Pre-Ballet

For Ages 5-6, 1 hour once a week

The emphasis in Pre-Ballet is on rhythm, dynamic, and placement. Students will explore spatial awareness, correct alignment, teamwork, and focus while having fun. They will learn formalized steps and classroom etiquette which prepares them for the next level and beyond for more serious ballet training.

Wednesdays: 3:30-4:30pm or 4:30-5:30pm

Saturdays: 10:30-11:30am
